Located in Sun Lakes, our goal is simple: serve thoughtfully prepared breakfast and lunch while creating a comfortable place for familiar faces, friends, family, and new guests to gather.
The Better Biscuit is owned and operated by Jon and Isabelle Miller. Jon brings years of culinary experience as a sous chef, executive chef, and caterer, while Isabelle focuses on creating the friendly, welcoming service our guests know us for.
Together, they're committed to great food, genuine hospitality, and making every visit feel like you're part of the neighborhood.

Our menu has something for every appetite, from biscuits and gravy and classic breakfasts to omelets, pancakes, burgers, sandwiches, salads, seafood, and comfort-food favorites.
We also offer smaller portions and a dedicated Kids & Seniors menu.
