The Better Biscuit is a locally owned breakfast and lunch restaurant in the heart of Sun Lakes.
Owned and operated by Jon and Isabelle Miller, the restaurant combines years of culinary experience with a commitment to friendly, personal service.
Jon has spent years in the restaurant industry, including experience as a sous chef, executive chef, and caterer. Isabelle shares his vision for creating a warm, welcoming place where guests feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
Jon and Isabelle took over the restaurant in 2023, giving it a fresh start while continuing the sense of community that Sun Lakes residents value.
Today, The Better Biscuit focuses on thoughtfully prepared breakfast and lunch favorites, generous hospitality, and a neighborhood atmosphere where regulars and first-time guests are treated like family.
